Both roles require strong troubleshooting and automation skills to manage daily technical support tickets, and to escalate complex or critical issues to L3 or onsite teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 technical support for either Windows Server / MSSQL or Linux-based systems.
- Troubleshoot OS, database, and service-level performance issues.
- Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
- Escalate unresolved or high-severity issues to L3 / onsite teams.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell / Shell / Python) to streamline daily operations.
- Perform system health checks, monitoring, and backup validation.
- Document resolutions, create RCA reports, and maintain SOP knowledge base.
Required Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in either:
Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022) and MSSQL (2016 / 2019 / 2022), or
Linux (Oracle / Red Hat / CentOS) with strong Shell scripting (Bash / Korn). - Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS (for Windows) or system services, crontab, and network configurations (for Linux).
- Automation experience with PowerShell and/or Shell scripting (mandatory).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Shift & Availability:
- Offshore support shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
- Must be available during the entire shift window for ticket handling and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for Fourth Shift ERP and F9 financial systems.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with functional teams to resolve order, finance, and reporting issues.
- Perform system health checks, monitoring, and tuning.
- Document workflows, troubleshooting steps, and SOPs.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for production support.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 years of combined technical and functional experience with Fourth Shift ERP and F9 Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of EDI processes, file mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with SQL scripting and ERP configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure support situations independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains.

This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong attention to detail, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to support systems during EST business hours.

- Apply security patches and certificate renewals across servers and services.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, and firewall-related issues.
